Child’s Dream achieves this by working in partnership with communities, to improve the educational and health situation for their children and youth.
elea Foundation was the financial donor, enabling Child’s Dream to build the Picturebook Guesthouse and buy the land. elea Foundation for Ethics in Globalization wants to achieve sustainable, positive, tangible impact directly benefiting people challenged by the globalization process. The main emphasis is to support entrepreneurial projects focusing on poor people at the bottom of the pyramid.

Snack Sales
Youth Connect initiated the mini snack shop in 2017 to generate income for promoting a positive and supportive work environment. A portion of our income is allocated to celebrate staff birthdays, fostering a sense of community and appreciation. To ensure a welcoming atmosphere, we plan to invest in the decoration and renovation of our snack shop. Additionally, funds from snack sale will allocate for organizing outdoor activities to strengthen team bonding and morale. This holistic approach to funding ensures that our staff feels valued and supported, enhancing the overall effectiveness of our programs.

Catering service
The catering service will operate as a part of the expansion project of microfinance for Intensive transition program and Hospitality program in 2024. As our first step, we will provide catering service for meetings at Picture book Guesthouse. Funds from the catering project will be support for skills development training, Hospitality training programs, financial assistance for students in need, and Staff benefit.
The Catering Service offers a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world experience for Youth Connect students. By providing quality catering services while nurturing students' skills and confidence, we aim to establish ourselves as a preferred choice for events in the community while supporting the development of future hospitality professionals.
